The Bellevue School District maintains records in accordance with the State of Washington Records Retention Schedule, State and Federal law, and BSD policies and procedures.

The Records Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of District Records and the enforcement of Records policy and procedure.

The Records Management Specialist assists all schools and departments with the disposition of records regardless of format or media: correspondence, forms, bound volumes, films, magnetic records, drawings, that have been created or received during the course of agency business.

Transcripts and Student Records

Students over 18 years of age must request their own records or provide a signed waiver authorizing the release of records to a parent, school, college, university, or other institution. Learn more…
