Tillicum
Classrooms have been painted, vinyl wall covering installed along with ceiling grid and lights. The commons/cafeteria area is being final taped and prepped for painting. The music rooms have been covered and taping and mudding will soon be underway. The gymnasium is the focus area with blocking for basketball hoops installed and preparation underway for interior wall covering.
Stevenson
Work is continuing on drying in the building. Roofing and exterior wall assemblies are ongoing as are window systems. Rough-in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are progressing in all areas of the school project. Insulation and drywall have begun in a portion of the classroom wing and finishes will start to follow. The first portion of parking lots has been laid on part of the east side of the site.
Wilburton
Structural steel is continuing to go up through the classroom wings and in the office/admin areas to complete this major piece of the project. Exterior wall enclosure and roof enclosure are underway and will continue to progress as steel is completed. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in are underway in the north portions of the building. By the end of the year we will have completed all of the geothermal drilling for the HVAC system and will have laid the remaining asphalt treated base for parking lots and drive lanes on the east side of the site.
