Overdue and lost library notices are being distributed this week. Thank you to the students who have already returned their overdue books! If you have not returned your overdue book, please do so, as soon as possible. Mrs. Hecht will individually contact students who have books that are so overdue, that the books have been recorded as lost.

Big Day for our Tyee Club Jubilee Flag Football Teams. It’s Playoff Time!

6th graders head to Chinook as the #1 seed and will play Tillicum in their first game. If they win, they play in the 6th championship night afterwards.

7th & 8th graders host Odle in their semifinal playoff game. If we win, we play in the championship Friday night.

Reminder that we have a Banquet tonight @ 5:30pm

Come out and support your T-Birds!

Save the Date: 6th Grade Camp!

The process has begun for our annual trip to Camp Orkila on Orcas Island. 6th grade camp is an overnight outdoor environmental education experience for all our 6th grade students.

  • Last Week of February: 6th Grade Camp Permission Packets handed out to all 6th grade students in science classes.
  • Wednesday, March 25, 7 pm: 6th Grade Camp Parent Information Meeting in the gym. A summary of our camp program will be presented and a chance to ask questions.

  • Tuesday, April 21 - Friday April 24: 6th Grade Camp at YMCA Camp Orkila!

We are also looking for parent volunteers. The responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Attending entire trip from April 21 - April 24, riding a charter bus, a ferry trip through the San Juan Islands, monitoring students while in environmental education classes, enjoying evening activities, and having an overall good time. Parent volunteer must pay the full tuition. Dads are welcome and encouraged to apply!
