Save the date!  On Monday, Dec. 7, students in K-3 will have a very special author visit.

(Note: 4th & 5th graders will have an exciting author visit later in the year. Stay tuned for more info.)

Lois Brandt will visit K-3 students to share and discuss her book, Maddi’s Fridge.

Her visit will also kick off a week-long Food Drive at Enatai!

During the week of Dec. 7- Dec. 11, Enatai students have the opportunity to make a difference and practice the virtues of caring/service by collecting canned goods for our neighbors in need. All donations will support Hopelink. Each classroom will receive a collection bin. The food drive is a perfect tie-in with the book! Teachers can help by promoting the Food Drive in their classroom newsletters.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
