Stopfinder

• Access to student transportation schedules in Stopfinder is available to primary and secondary contacts as designated in Synergy ParentVUE
• Eligible subscribers will receive an email invitation from no-reply@stopfinder.com approximately two weeks before the start of school
• If you do not receive an invitation by one week before school begins, please confirm:
  • Your email listed in ParentVUE is current
  • You are listed as a primary or secondary contact in ParentVUE
  • You have checked your Spam or Junk email folders for messages from no-reply@stopfinder.com
• If all of the above are correct and you have not received an invitation, contact the Transportation Department at transportation@bsd405.org or 425-456-4512 for assistance

Install the free Stopfinder app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Once logged in, transportation details are displayed for your student.

• Scroll up to view additional students (if applicable)
• No Schedule will appear for non-school days
• Swipe left or right to view schedules for different dates

Stopfinder offers several optional tools to enhance visibility and communication. These features include viewing stop locations on a map, setting up GeoAlert zones and notifications, and receiving attendance notifications. 

View Stop Locations on the Map 

• Tap the trip name or the ellipsis (three dots) next to your student's name
• Select Map from the menu
• Tap the trip name to toggle between morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) trips

Create GeoAlert Zones

• Tap the red circle with the bell icon
• Tap Add GeoAlert and enter a name for the alert zone
• Move the map to position the alert zone and use the slider to adjust the zone size
• Choose whether to receive alerts when the bus enters, exits, or both
• Set the notification timing preferences for the alert
• Save the settings
• Notifications will be sent when the bus enters and/or exits the designated GeoAlert zone

Receive Attendance Notifications and View Attendance History

• Tap the ellipsis (three dots) next to your student's name
• Tap the toggle on for Attendance Notifications
• Select View Attendance History from the menu to show attendance history
• Tap the red down arrow to select the timeframe (e.g., today, yesterday, this week, last week)

You can securely share your student's transportation schedule with trusted caregivers.

• Tap the ellipsis (three dots) on the upper right-hand corner next to your student's name
• Tap Share Schedule from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen
• Complete the required fields on the Share Schedule screen
• Optional: Set a specific date range or include a comment
• Tap Share

Your caregiver will receive an email invitation from no-reply@stopfinder.com. Note: Even if no trips are currently assigned, shared caregivers will still receive transportation announcements from the district.

Manage Caregiver Access: 

• Tap the gear icon
• Tap Manage Shared Subscriptions
• Tap Edit Subscription to update or disable access

• Tap Stoppy (the red stop sign icon with a smiley face) to view announcements
• A blue circle with a white number indicates the number of unread messages
• Swipe right-to-left on a message to archive it
