Mental Health Support
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act; how we handle stress, make choices, and relate to others. Biological factors, family history, one’s own life experiences, and other factors can impact and determine an individual’s or community’s mental health. When one’s mental health is negatively impacted, that person may start to develop symptoms of a mental health disorder.
