Registration for before and after school care for the 2025-2026 school year is open! The Bellevue School District partners with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue and Right at School.

Inclement Weather Updates to Childcare Information
BSD partner programs who offer childcare such as Right At School and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue will communicate directly with participating families on operations, plans, etc. In most instances, community partner programming will follow district precedent for emergency closures (I.e., if schools are closed, they will also be closed). However, please reach out directly to your student’s program for specific questions.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue has been an essential part of the Bellevue community for 70 years. The Club provides a fun and safe environment with caring adults for youth when they are not in school. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
Project Learn Afterschool Program
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue’s Project Learn Afterschool Program enhances the skills and knowledge young people learn at school through high-yield learning activities. Each day, dedicated BGCB staff deliver innovative and inspiring programs focusing on BGCB’s three outcome areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
The Club – Teen Center
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue hosts teen centers serving middle and high school students at the Lake Hills Clubhouse, Downtown Clubhouse, Highland Clubhouse, and TXL: Teen Center for Excellence. They provide programs for homework assistance, athletics, art, and technology.
2025-2026 Registration Information
Program Fees
All participants must have a current $50 Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue membership.
In partnership with the Bellevue School District, all district employees will receive a 50% discount on Project Learn 2025-2026 program fees.
- $125/month* for Elementary Age Before School Program
- $550/month* for Elementary Age Afterschool Program
*Scholarships are available for those who qualify.

Program begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and ends Friday, June 12, 2026.
Program Hours

Elementary before school program – Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to bus pickup or school start time.

Elementary afterschool program – Monday through Friday, immediately after school until 6:00 p.m.
Clubs are open for School’s Out Days and CLOSED for most federal holidays. See the Upcoming Closures page for more information.

Before and Afterschool Programs

Program Fees
Right At School offers 1,2,3,4 and 5-day-a-week pricing options as well as drop-in and punch cards. Visit the RAS website for more information and several flexible options.
Right At School also offers state subsidy, sibling, free and reduced lunch, military, and district employee discounts.
