Our Choice Schools and Language Programs offer unique learning environments to students.
Depending on the school or program, initial entry begins in kindergarten or sixth grade and placement is through a lottery process. Most of our programs accept both resident and nonresident students and all interested students must apply.
(Jing Mei Elementary and International School are only open to resident students and the children of eligible Bellevue School District employees.)

International School serves students in grades 6-12 who attend classes in a block schedule that encompasses seven subjects throughout their seven years at the school. Students complete an extensive capstone Senior Project, which involves deep learning in an area of student choice, internships, community service, and assessment by an expert panel. Student study French and Fine Arts (band, orchestra or chorus and visual arts) as their electives for all seven years.
