High School and Beyond Plan - Schoolinks

Classes of 2027 and beyond will use the new state-wide college and career readiness platform SchooLinks.

Class of 2026 (current 12th grade) will continue to use Naviance to complete their HSBP. Read below for information about the High School and Beyond Plan for the Class of 2026.

High School and Beyond for the Class of 2026

The High School & Beyond Plan revolves around three questions:

Who am I?   What can I become?   How do I become that?

These questions help students reflect on their strengths, interests, and goals while planning their path toward postsecondary success.

In the SchooLinks platform, each of these HSBP questions connects directly to platform categories, creating a seamless link between student reflection and actionable planning. The image below illustrates how the HSBP questions align with the SchooLinks categories, showing how students’ responses feed into academic planning, career exploration, and goal-setting activities.

Each category also comes with guiding questions to support student thinking and staff facilitation, helping ensure that students:

  • Explore their personal interests, skills, and strengths (Who am I?)
  • Consider potential careers, postsecondary options, and opportunities (What can I become?)
  • Identify actionable steps, courses, and experiences to achieve their goals (How do I become that?)

Accessing SchooLinks

Will students in grades 6-11 still have access to Naviance?

Students in Grades 6-11 will no longer have access to Naviance, however, each student’s Naviance records will be stored in .pdf format in their SchooLinks account.

What is x2VOL:
