Evaluation
The Superintendent will annually provide assessments of the effectiveness of discretionary programs, mandatory programs, and operations, which will consist of;
- Outcomes, measured unless not otherwise possible
- Indicators, where outcomes are not possible
- Stakeholder input
- Conclusions drawn from the evaluation
- Descriptions of impacts on plans
Compliance
The Superintendent will annually conduct a review to determine if the district is in compliance with state programs, federal programs, grant requirements, legally required goals, and district policies and procedures.
The Superintendent will annually ensure that an independent audit is performed over financial reporting and over compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
The Superintendent will define procedures to implement this policy.
