Polaris Bus Rerouting – Important Information for Parents 

Effective Monday, October 27, 2025, the bus stop at 139th and Eastgate Way will be moving back to Polaris for the morning pickup and afternoon drop off. This is a Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) project – The I-90 Sunset Creek Fish Passage Project. For more details on this project.

Stopfinder and AWS Update 

As of October 16, 2025, BSD Transportation is aware that the Stopfinder app is experiencing technical issues. We’ve notified the vendor and are working closely with their support team to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Stopfinder and its Transfinder Support Team shared the following update: 

“We are currently receiving an increased number of reports regarding service disruptions in Stopfinder, which are related to the ongoing AWS outage affecting multiple platforms globally. Our operations team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with AWS to restore all services to a stable and fully functional state. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for full resolution. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we have new information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this issue.” 

We’ll continue to keep families informed as more information becomes available, and we are committed to resuming app services as soon as the AWS-related outage is resolved. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
