Launching SchooLinks College Application Manager for the Class of 2027

Dear class of 2027 students and families:

Bellevue School District is excited to introduce our SchooLinks College Application Manager as part of the statewide college and career readiness platform adoption. The class of 2027 has been using SchooLinks over the 25-26 school year to develop their High School and Beyond Plan, a Washington state graduation requirement.

Previously, BSD students utilized Naviance for college and career readiness, but we have found the SchooLinks functionality to be a good improvement, and we know you will too.

The SchooLinks College Application Manager serves as a straightforward way to track of all the application steps and materials students need to submit to colleges and the dates by which they need to submit them, but it is not an application portal. Students will need to submit applications using the methods offered by the colleges they are applying to, including Common App.

The SchooLinks College Application Manager allows you to:

• Use the College Search tool.
• Create a list of favorite colleges in SchooLinks.
• Build your Final List.
• Select the schools to apply to.

You can also:

• Track the progress and requirements for your college applications.
• Organize all the application materials for the colleges where you are applying.
• Request to have your application materials sent to the desired institution, including transcripts and letters of recommendation.

Students will set up their College Application Manager by navigating to Clever then clicking on the SchooLinks icon. Your student’s school counselor will be working with the class of 2027 to utilize the College Application Manager.
