Introducing the Voices of Bellevue School District Podcast: Now Available for Listening

We're excited to announce that the Voices of Bellevue School District: Belong, Learn, Lead podcast series has officially launched! The podcast is now available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube Podcasts. Be sure to listen, share and stay tuned for more episodes to come. 

About the Podcast 

The series is connected to the 2024-29 Strategic Plan and aims to foster a sense of belonging by sharing the lived experiences of BSD's students, staff and families. The podcast was developed by the BSD Communications team as a new and sustainable way to reach district audiences outside of their email inboxes, using storytelling and relationships to inform and inspire listeners. The podcast is produced in partnership with Bellevue High School’s Radio and Podcast Production class, part of the district’s robust Career and Technical Education program. 

Podcast themes will include: 

Voices of a Diverse Community: We Belong 

• Amplifies the life experiences of students, staff, and families, highlighting the unique journeys that shape our community, and strengthening connections between one another.  
• Creates a space for open dialogue about the vibrant cultural identities within our district, encouraging inclusivity, respect and joy as we explore what it means to truly belong in Bellevue.  
• Uplifts the diverse cultural traditions and customs fostering a deeper sense of understanding and belonging for all.  

Innovative Learning: We Learn 

• Explores the dynamic academic programs and cutting-edge educational initiatives shaping the future of learning in the Bellevue School District and offers insight into how our students thrive in an ever-evolving world.  
• Showcases the dedication, creativity and passion that drive excellence in teaching and learning throughout our district.  
• Dives into the stories behind student achievements, uncovering the strategies and programs that foster student growth and empower learners of all backgrounds to reach their full potential.  

Visionary Leadership: "We Lead"   

• Brings together leaders to discuss forward-thinking strategies that shape the future of education, driving innovation and success in Bellevue and beyond.  

• Explores the intersection of leadership and innovation, highlighting the transformative ideas and solutions that students and staff have that will propel Bellevue School District toward a more dynamic, future-ready educational experience for all students.
