Celebrating Student Creativity: BSD Artists Shine in Regional and Statewide Art Shows

The Bellevue School District is proud to celebrate the achievements of our student artists who were recently recognized at both the regional and state levels for their creative excellence. 

Regional High School Student Art Show 

Hosted by the Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD), the 2025 Regional High School Art Show showcased outstanding student artwork from across the region. Among the winners were five students from Bellevue and Newport high schools, whose work received high distinction among judges. Explore the artwork of all winners from the Puget Sound region by viewing the Regional High School Art Show Online Presentation

Washington State Superintendent’s High School Art Show 

The creativity didn’t stop at the regional level. On May 14, the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Washington Art Education Association (WAEA) co-hosted the 2025 Superintendent’s High School Art Show, featuring the best student art from across all nine of the state’s educational service districts.  

Professional Educator Standards Board Award
