Flyer Approval Process
The Community Relations Office approves flyers from outside organizations that are intended for students.
The organization must submit an Application for Distribution of Materials to Students Form, and email a copy of their flyer/brochure to pubinfo@bsd405.org. The Community Relations Office does not approve flyers for distribution to staff or parents.
If the organization is NOT a non-profit 501(c)3, they cannot send the flyer home with students. Instead, they can send a copy of the flyer/brochure directly to the schools with a request that it is made available in the front office or posted on a community board.
