2012: Clock Hour Registration:
1. In 2012, you must register on-line for clock hours No paper registration will be available.
2. You may earn up to 26 clock hours.
3. You must be present in the class to earn clock hours. (If you miss a session, that number of hours will be subtracted from the 26.)
4. In your classroom, please initial (no checks or X's) the daily attendance sheet at the Institute in both the morning and afternoon as it is the record of your attendance.
5. You will receive a clock hour transcript in your classroom on the last day.

1. Click https://regonline.bsd405.org/StaffDev/index.php
2. Click “Create New Profile”
3. Fill out the required information-anything with an orange * needs to be completed-everything else is optional
4. Create and type your Username in the box. WRITE YOUR USERNAME DOWN FOR SAFE-KEEPING! Make it simple and easy to remember i.e. first name last initial or last name first initial.
5. Create and type in your Password in the box. WRITE YOUR PASSWORD DOWN FOR SAFE-KEEPING! You are the only one who knows your password.
6. Click “Save.” You have created your personal profile.

This link will take you to the clock hour page for the 2012 PNW AP* Institute.
8. Click “Register Now”. Enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password and it will be emailed to you.
9. Make sure Clock Hours is selected at the top of the page. Select the option that best describes how the activity is supportive of the work you do for your district and click in that box. Most teachers choose criteria #2 as it applies to their assignment. You can select more than one option but you must select at least one before you can continue.
10. Once you click Register Now you are registered for clock hours. You will receive an instant email confirmation. Please remember which email you chose and make sure it doesn't go to spam. This will state that you are registered for the 2012 PNW AP* Institute class. This is correct.
*Remember that clock hours and the AP* Institute have separate registration processes.
Please remember to get your official transcript form on the last day. Then copy the official form for your records. Turn in the official form to your school district. Bellevue will not mail transcript forms.

If your have forgotten your user name, please call 425-456-4161 or email api@bsd405.org as the system allows only one user name per email address.
