Schedule for Monday, June 25 through Wednesday, June 27
6:30 Bus pick-up from hotels-Red Lion, Sheraton, Hilton, Coast Bellevue, and Hyatt
6:45 – 7:30 Breakfast in cafeteria for participants
7:30 – 9:30 Academic Sessions
9:30 – 9:45 Break -Snacks available in the Cafeteria/2nd Floor
9:45 – 12:50 Academic Sessions (lunch included - lunch schedule posted after June 10)
12:50 – 3:30 Academic Sessions (Informal break in cafeteria between 1:45 and 2:15)
3:35 Buses will leave for hotels/tours
3:35 Monday only - SPU registration for participants applying for university credit in the library
4:05 Monday only - One bus will leave API for hotels for participants registering for university credit
Schedule for Thursday, June 28 ONLY
6:30 Bus pick-up from hotels-Red Lion, Sheraton, Hilton, Coast Bellevue, and Hyatt
6:45 –7:30 Breakfast in cafeteria for participants
7:30–12:30 Academic Sessions (Snacks will be available in the cafeteria from 9:30-10:00-no formal break)
12:30 Lunch in cafeteria/End of Institute
1:15 Buses will leave for hotels
