The Program Delivery Council (PDC) is made up of students, staff, parents, community members, and administration. The PDC was formed so that the people affected by decisions would also have a role in the decision making process. The PDC is not a majority-based council. The PDC strives for consensus or harmony with its members. This process makes sure that all constituent bodies support the decisions made. There are four students and four parents elected to the PDC with staggered terms of two years each. Each year, elections will be held to elect two representatives for the open positions. Those representatives are responsible for putting the school’s best interests first in all decisions, and conversing with the students and parents about the issues at hand.
The PDC meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 3:15 in room 103. Observers are welcome, but may not participate in the meeting, other than a ten-minute comment period at the end of the meeting.
