FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile so you enter your information only once for multiple uses, multiple family members and multiple programs.
 





INTERLAKE INCOMING 9TH GRADE SPORTS & ACTIVITIES INFORMATION NIGHT

JUNE 10TH 6:00 PM

The night will include information on how to be involved in sports, how to start a club, and running for ASB office at Interlake High School. Parents and students will have an opportunity to walk around and speak to coaches, club/activity advisors, and student leadership.

3:30-4:30 PM









                                             SPORTS ELIGIBILITY

In order to be considered eligible for participation in sports, please complete the checklist below:

  1. Pay all fines
  2. Purchase ASB card ($60)
  3. Pay Athletic Fees - Track, Softball, Tennis, Golf, Badminton must pay BEFORE the first practice. Soccer & Baseball must pay following cuts. *
  4. Have a current physical (physicals are good for 24 months) – Turned in to the Athletic Office
  5. Completed FamilyID Registration (includes concussion information and insurance statement) ** 

i.                        A parent or guardian should register by clicking on the above on the REGISTER NOW button – then follow these steps:

i.                        Under the "Programs" title, click on the link for the program you want to sign up for. Scroll to bottom of page to either Sign Up as a Family or Individual if this is your first time using FamilyID, or Log In if you already have a FamilyID account.

ii.                        Sign Up for your secure FamilyID account by entering your family name, email address and password. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders.)

iii.                        Click on the link in your email confirmation, which will log you in to FamilyID, and then complete the information requested on the registration form. When you have completed the form, click the "Save & Continue" button.

iv.                        Review your registration summary and click "Confirm Registration" to submit. Once completed, you will receive an email receipt from registratons@familyid.com. You can also view your completed registration on your Dashboard. You can log into https://www.familyid.com at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s).

i.                        SUPPORT: You can always find our programs at www.familyid.com by clicking "Find Programs" in the top blue banner and searching for our organization name.

  1.  Complete ImPACT Testing (Required Sports Only) in room 1803.

IMPACT TESTING SCHEDULE:

  1. *Physicals may be turned in to the Athletic office during school hours.  For a physical form, click here.
  2. Insurance - **You must have insurance to participate in sports at IHS. School Insurance can be purchased at Interlake in the Athletic office starting August 1st or online at www.meyers-stevens.com 
   
  
   

Admission for KingCo Regular Season athletic events are as follows:

$7 - Adults and ALL High School Students without ASB cards

$5 -Visiting Team's High School Students with ASB cards

FREE - Pre-schooler with a paying adult and Senior Citizens 65 and older
