Welcome to the student records web page.  If you would like to request transcripts or progress reports please read the following information.

Students who are presently enrolled in the district or have graduated, left school, or transferred out the BSD during the past 2 years, please contact the last school attended in the BSD for copies of your records.

 

Students over 18 years of age must request their own records or they will need to provide a signed waiver authorizing the BSD to release their records to a school, college, university, 3rd party or any other institution.  The BSD does not film or replace diplomas.   Only academic records such as transcripts, middle school progress reports and elementary school progress reports are available.

 

To order a  transcript, you will need to provide the following:

·        Valid picture ID (Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport) 

·        Student name used while attending school in the BSD (and married name if applicable)

·        Year of Graduation or last year of attendance in the BSD

·        Name of the last School attended in the BSD

·        Date of Birth

·        Social Security #

·        Number of copies being requested

·        Daytime Phone Number

·         Address where you want the transcript mailed:

·        $5.00 fee per transcript (official or unofficial.)  The BSD accepts cash, check, VISA, MC or Money Order
