PTSA District Council

The Bellevue Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) Council advocates for children and promotes parent involvement in education.  The Council supports local PTA units from individual schools through leadership development, mentoring and information exchange.

The mission of the Bellevue PTSA Council is to support and strengthen our local units through the adoption of best practices and leadership development. The Bellevue PTSA Council trains, mentors, and facilitates information exchanges between and among local school units, the District, and community organizations.

In addition, the Council advocates for children on relevant issues at the local and state level. PTSA promotes parent involvement by providing a district wide forum for discussion and action on issues that affect Bellevue’s children. Bellevue PTSA Council works in partnership with the Bellevue School District, Bellevue School Foundation, and the community at large to promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community.

Visit the Bellevue PTSA Council website to learn more about its work and for a link to local units.

Please note:  PTSAs are volunteer-driven parent organizations that support local schools, but remain independent of the school district.

Bellevue Special Needs PTA

Introducing the newly organized Bellevue Special Needs PTA (BSNPTA).  The BSNPTA is a district wide organization dedicated to advocating for students with special needs.   A student with special needs is any student who needs additional support, accommodations and/or intervention in order to be successful in their social and learning environment.  We will work together connecting parents, administrators and community, as well as supporting, educating and providing resources for families.

If you are interested in learning more about the BSNPTA check the website at www.BellevueSpecialNeedsPTA.com or email at BellevueSpecialNeeds@gmail.com
