Greetings from Bellevue High School,

Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year!  The Bellevue High staff is looking forward to meeting and reconnecting with all of our students on the first day of school, Thursday, August 31.

We are very excited to begin another school year.   There are exciting changes with new staff, and a new  bell schedule for 2017-18!  With change comes a period of adjustment and learning.  It is our intent to communicate often and clearly in order to keep students and families informed and engaged in our ongoing quest to ensure every student receives the very best at BHS.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to providing our students with a rigorous, college preparatory curriculum that will prepare them for success in college, career, and life.  You will continue to hear about our goals of making everyone feel welcome at BHS, 100% graduation, and eliminating the achievement gap.  Look for regular communication in the Blast (PTSA Weekly Newsletter) and other school correspondence.

We continue to appreciates the support of our PTSA, parents, staff, and community. Stay tuned throughout the year for information and updates related to programs, activities, and instructional focus.  We hope you enjoy these final weeks of summer, and look forward to seeing all of you in the coming days.

Warm regards,

Vic Anderson, Principal
