The Bellevue School District is committed to providing equal opportunities for all persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, or other extraneous factors. Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with the Bellevue School District. Please visit the links to the right to browse job openings and apply for a position.
We invite applicants to apply for substitute positions along with permanent positions. Signing up as a substitute doesn’t hurt your chances of being offered a permanent job with the District. Instead, substitutes have the opportunity of “on the job training” while working in a variety of interesting positions and visiting a number of locations throughout the District. It has been found that experience as a substitute often prepares an individual for permanent placement.
The goal of the Bellevue School District is to recruit and retain well-qualified employees to support our mission of meeting the individual learning needs of all students. We believe that all students are entitled to an education that prepares them for success in college, and further believe that the greatest factors in promoting that kind of education are a strong, coherent curriculum and a staff that practices exceptional instructional practices. Therefore, through a collaborative and ongoing process, we are developing a coherent, unified and transparent curriculum that includes district-wide assessments essential to measuring and improving student progress.
