There are two forms by which you can submit information to the Fiscal Advisory Committee. All forms and supporting documents have been posted in PDF format and require Adobe Reader 8.1 or better. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, or need to upgrade your version, click here to download the most current version for free.
- Submit Your Input (Requires Adobe Reader 8.1 or better)*: This form can be used to submit general comments, questions, recommediations and reasons for your recommendations.

presented at our community meetings. Survey open March 11 - 25, 2010 --- We will not accept survey input after midnight on March 25, 2010, because we need time to compile the data for the FAC.
The district's Fiscal Advisory Committee will review all comments and the survey data with the goal of making a recommendation, based on your input, to the Superintendent and the School Board.
