Eligibility/Application Process

Students who are interested in any of the Gifted Programs need to apply and be tested.  The applications will be available by November 1st for the January 2011 testing.  They will be due by November 19th.

An informational letter regarding the testing will be mailed about a week before the test.

Application Forms

 

Testing Process

Grades 1-4
  • Bellevue School District students in grades 1-4 may be tested in January 2011.
  • Private school students in grades 1-4 may be tested in January 2011. 
  • Test results from the January testing for grades 1-4 will be mailed in April.

Grade 5 – 9
  • Testing for students in grades 5 - 9 applying for the Middle School PRISM or the Gifted High School Programs is in January. 
  • Test Results from January testing for grades 5-9 are mailed by March 1.
School Visits


A visit during the school day will be offered in April to families of qualifying elementary PRISM students.

Odle's General Open House for potential new students and parents is held in January. 
     
School visits during the school day are offered to elementary PRISM students transitioning to the
      middle school program and newly qualifying PRISM students and their families in March.

 
Interlake Open House for new students and parents is held in February.
        
Visits to Interlake during the school day may be scheduled by appointment.
