Congratulations to Sammamish senior Leila Jackson and Newport senior Nicole Dalton, who both received scholarships this year from the Architecture, Construction, Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program.  More than 160 students from 48 area high schools competed in ACE, and of the 40 seniors who applied for a scholarship, 13 were awarded.

Jackson received a $5,000 scholarship, and Dalton a $7,500. The scholarships awarded at the reception on June 1 equaled $87,500.
