Odle Middle School
Interior finishes are progressing in a majority of the building while exterior brick work is almost complete. Site work continues to progress towards final paving and all utility connections. Mechanical equipment connections are ongoing in the mechanical penthouse spaces. Lighting fixtures are being hung in classroom spaces while casework is being installed.
Enatai Elementary School
The exterior brickwork is well underway. Roofing is complete on the main academic wing and we are working towards completion of the administrative building and starting on gym building next. Exterior glazing is underway at the classroom wing, while electrical and mechanical rough-in gets completed inside. Interior drywall will start on March 1 in classroom wings. Site work to establish curbs and subgrade are well underway, as are utility connections for water and sewer.
Sammamish High School
We are in the process of preparing the PAC to re-open the first week in March. The new kitchen and commons are currently commanding most of the manpower, with the scheduled opening in August. All of the structural steel is complete, the roof is all dried in and the storefront window system installation is moving forward. The mechanical contractor just completed the last of the underground plumbing serving the locker room area and one third of the slab on grade was poured last week. The masons topped out the south wall of the auxiliary gym, and are starting the east wall of the main gym. This space is the last portion of the school to open in 2017.
